SPORTS
The West Plains Parks and Recreation department coordinates both youth and adult sports events played year round. Beginning with youth baseball and softball in the summer and youth basketball in the winter, adult softball in the summer and fall ,volleyball in the fall and winter, and basketball in the winter as well. We also have youth swimming lessons, a skateboard park, and a golf course.

Sports Complexes
Games and practices for both youth and adult sports are held at several different sports complexes:
Youth softball/baseball games are held at the Hilburn Complex (Roe, Virdon, Richmond, Givehand fields)
13-15 yr old boys and girls softball/baseball games/practices are held at Lions Field.
Adult softball games are held at Evans Complex( Kimes East field and Watkins West field)
Both youth and adult basketball games/practices as well as adult volleyball games/practices are all held at the Winter Sports Complex.
